Supplier & Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Unravel Africa curates and coordinates private travel experiences using selected third-party suppliers. These may include lodges, hotels, camps, airlines, transfer companies, guides, rangers, activity operators, restaurants, wellness providers and other travel-related service providers.

Although we take care in selecting suppliers, each supplier is responsible for the services it provides. Supplier services may be subject to separate terms, availability, safety rules, cancellation policies and liability limitations.

Unravel Africa is not responsible for acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, service failures, accidents, injury, loss or damage caused by third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a supplier term conflicts with Unravel Africa’s general terms, the supplier term may apply to that part of the booking.
