Unravel Africa respects privacy and supports lawful access to information in accordance with applicable South African law.

The Information Regulator provides tools and resources for POPIA and PAIA compliance, including Information Officer registration and PAIA-related resources.

2. Access to Personal Information

You may request access to personal information that Unravel Africa holds about you, subject to applicable legal requirements and verification of identity.

3. Correction of Personal Information

If your personal information is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, you may ask us to correct or update it.

4. PAIA Requests

Requests for access to records under PAIA should be submitted in writing to the Information Officer. We may require proof of identity and sufficient detail to identify the records requested. Access may be refused where permitted by law.

5. Complaints

Privacy-related complaints may be directed to Unravel Africa at reservations@unravelafrica.com. You may also contact the Information Regulator if you believe your privacy rights have been infringed.
